Refund Policy for Paradise Pines Rv Park & Campground

Full Refund: Guests can cancel their reservation up to one week (7 days) before the scheduled check-in date for a full refund. The cancellation must be made by 11:59 PM local time, seven days prior to arrival to be eligible for this refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than one week but more than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. This fee compensates for the short notice and reduced likelihood of filling the vacated spot.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time or in cases of early departure once checked in. This policy helps us manage our bookings and availability more effectively.

Modifications:

Reservation changes that result in a shorter stay or lesser value than the original booking may be subject to fees, depending on the timing and nature of the changes.
We encourage guests to contact our reservation desk as soon as possible to discuss any needed adjustments.

No-Shows:

Guests failing to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered no-shows, and the total reservation amount will be forfeited.

Weather and Exceptional Circumstances:

While we generally do not issue refunds for inclement weather, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extreme weather events or other exceptional circumstances. Guests are encouraged to contact management directly in such instances.
