We offer extended stay spaces in one section of the park. These are full hook up level spaces. They vary in size and amount of shade.

 

They all include Water, Garbage and Sewer.

 

Each site has water, sewer and 30 amp or 50 amp electricity hookups. Some spaces have 50/30/20 amp electricity hookups. The electric is billed separately from your own meter in the space each month.

 

The surface of the space or lot is four to six inches of road base. A material that acts like concrete once it has been placed and compacted. Good Sam rates this type of surface the same as asphalt or concrete for their rating of campgrounds across the USA. 

 

Extended stay spaces are applied for just like you would apply for an apartment or rental house. You can apply by downloading an application, completing it and turning it in.

Other items :

  • The types of RVs we are looking for in our long term spaces are, units less than 20 years old, longer than 25 feet, mechanically sound, aesthetically pleasing(cleaned and waxed is the best), licensed and road worthy. Some times folks ask about types thinking of Class A, Class B, Class C, Fifth Wheel, Bumper Pull Trailer and Tiny Home. Any of those are ok. No Popup or Camper Shell types of RVs are allowed for long term.

  • The RV must be fitted with the same equipment it had on it when it came off the sales lot. No Window AC, Propane tanks must be mounted on the unit. No Broken windows or damaged siding. 

  • The adult who is applying must have a debt service coverage ratio of 33 percent,( ie; make (3) three times the rent) in verified income and have a credit score in excess of 580. 

  • The qualifying adult must also live in the unit.

  • Must have own tow vehicle. 

  • Prices quoted are for (1) RV, (1) Car, (2) Persons, (1) Pet. No site can have two RVs. Some sites can accommodate extra persons, pets and cars at an additional charge.

  • Extended stay spaces allow you to receive mail and packages to your own address.

  • Wifi is installed via a system of access points throughout the campgrounds. This is a broadband channel and two types of service are available. One is a limited bandwidth per device. The second allows unlimited bandwidth.  Both types have an download speed of 25mb/s. There is an extra service charge for this service per device.

  • Park Rules must be adhered to at all times for the enjoyment of all. 

  • Extended stay contracts are for a maximum of 6 months. Exceptions are considered on a case by case basis.
